Successful annual kick-off event for Alzchem managers
Trostberg, 10.02.2025. On January 30, 2025, the kick-off event for Alzchem executives took place. Under the motto “Every day is a new opportunity to achieve great things”, the event provided space for exchange, learning and strengthening of cohesion.
All Alzchem executives were invited to review the past year and take a look at the challenges, opportunities and goals for the company in the future.
The event provided an excellent opportunity to celebrate successes, share insights and strengthen cooperation and communication among executives for the future. Interesting presentations on a variety of topics provided valuable insights. The managers wrote their personal goals on small pieces of wood. These were arranged in a frame to form the so-called “Wall of Leadership”.
The event concluded with a cozy get-together with drinks and finger food, during which each manager received a polo shirt with the Alzchem logo as a small gift.
