Alzchem Group honoured its employees: ’2,600 years with the company’

Trostberg. On Thursday, 28 November 2024, Alzchem honoured this year's anniversary celebrants and at the same time bid farewell to 33 employees as they retire from active professional life.

This year, the 73 employees have been with the company for a total of 2,600 years: 26 colleagues are each celebrating a quarter of a century with Alzchem, 33 have been with the company for 40 years and 14 can look back on 45 years of service.

‘Most of you have spent a large part of your working life with us, some of you have even spent your entire working life with us. You have dedicated your energy, your manpower and your ideas to the company. Each of you has contributed to our development, you have all shaped Alzchem and its locations and made them what they are today,’ emphasises Management Board member Andreas Lösler. ‘We are proud of our workforce, and especially of our long-standing employees.’

Together with the entire Management Board and the Chairman of the Works Council, Christian Ortbauer, he honoured the active and former employees of the Alzchem sites in Trostberg, Schalchen, Hart and Waldkraiburg.

‘In addition to your personal commitment, I would like to thank you above all for your outstanding collegiality. Your contribution to the company's success is invaluable to us all,’ Andreas Lösler concluded his speech.

Alzchem celebrated with almost 180 guests. The event was accompanied by a seasonal and regional evening menu and musical entertainment by the band “Easy Mode”.
