The total number of shares acquired to date as part of this buyback amounts to 25.982. The acquisition was carried out by ODDO BHF Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main/Germany via the stock exchange (XETRA) on behalf of AlzChem Group AG.
[Translate to Englisch:] Im Rahmen des Dialogs der AlzChem mit heimischen Mandatsträgern war am 21. Mai die Landtagsabgeordnete Gisela Sengl von den GRÜNEN zu Gast bei der AlzChem in Trostberg. Sie ist seit 2013 Mitglied des Bayerischen Landtages und dort seit 2016 stellvertretende Fraktionsvorsitzende von Bündnis 90/Die GRÜNEN. Seit 2018 ist sie Mitglied im Ausschuss für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Forsten und fungiert als agrarpolitische Sprecherin der GRÜNEN im Bayerischen Landtag.

The shareholders LIVIA Corporate Development SE and HDI Vier CE GmbH informed AlzChem Group AG that they intend to sell approximately 1.5 million shares (approximately 15% of the share capital) to institutional investors via a private placement.
