Nigu Chemie GmbH in Waldkraiburg has been merged with its parent company AlzChem Trostberg GmbH with effect from July 1, 2021. The agreements already concluded in this regard are expected to be entered in the commercial registers of the companies involved in the second half of July.

Despite the spreading of the COVID-19 pandemic around the world, we remain extremely well connected to our customers using digital media.
